Consent of the personal data subject to the processing of their personal data

In accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006, the User, by entering their personal data in the special field on the Operator’s website and subsequently clicking the “Submit” button, by marking the checkbox agreeing to the processing of personal data, as the Data Subject (including Client or User), freely, voluntarily, and in their own interest, gives consent to the Operator for the processing of their personal data, with or without the use of automation tools, on the terms defined in this consent.

The Data Subject (including Client or User) must fully familiarize themselves with the Operator’s Personal Data Processing Policy before expressing this consent. By expressing this consent, the User agrees to and accepts the Personal Data Processing Policy available on the Operator’s website.
The Data Subject (including Client or User) may obtain any clarifications on issues related to the processing of their personal data, including the terms of personal data processing, methods, and procedures for data destruction, etc., by contacting the Operator via email.
The term of personal data processing is established by the Operator’s Personal Data Processing Policy.
The Data Subject (including Client or User) has the right to submit a request to terminate the processing of their personal data by the Operator by sending a request to the Operator’s email address with the subject line “Withdrawal of Consent for Personal Data Processing” or by submitting a written request to the Operator’s postal address. The withdrawal of consent for processing personal data will take effect on the next business day after the day it is sent to the Operator, but in any case, no earlier than the moment the request is actually delivered to the Operator.
This consent is given voluntarily and remains valid until it is revoked in accordance with the law.
