Concept project: how we create a design that you will love.
At the concept stage, we first get to know and discuss your wishes and preferences, details, and needs for the specific project. After the discussions, we take measurements of the premises, creating a 3D model, documenting all communications and space features.
The development of the layout solution is the main outcome of this stage. Based on a number of factors, our analysis, ideas, and functionality, we present layout solutions. Together with these, we propose a conceptual idea in the form of sketches, collages, mood boards, and references.
One of the most important and interesting stages of our work is 3D visualization.
3D visualization is a detailed representation of the future interior in the form of a photorealistic image. This stage allows the client to see how their home or commercial space will look before implementation. Thoroughly working on every element of the interior: furniture, lighting, finishes, textiles, and accessories allows us to create a harmonious and complete image of the future space.
WORKING DOCUMENTATION
After completing the visualization stage, we proceed to the working technical documentation. To achieve a high-quality result and bring the envisioned design to reality, all drawings are meticulously developed in architectural programs with 3D modeling. The drawings include nodes, diagrams, technical plans, wall elevations, descriptions, material schedules, and equipment specifications, furniture, lighting.
FURNITURE DRAWINGS
It is thanks to our individual approach, excluding standard solutions and finishing limitations, that we can plan the space with maximum energy efficiency, utilizing every corner and giving the interior its uniqueness. Therefore, the working project also includes custom-made furniture drawings, created in 3D projection.
Our main goal in interior design is its high-quality implementation. Thanks to supervision and adherence to the project decisions, everything planned becomes a reality, the desired result for the client. At this stage, we consult with the construction team and other contractors on the project, ensuring that the work being done aligns with the project.
