The apartment was designed for a family of three. The main style preference was minimalism – a warm, light, and modern interior in calm tones.

In the layout solution, we were able to cleverly divide the private and common areas. The clients work from home most of the time, so the presence of a workspace was one of the criteria for shaping the layout. Storage areas in the apartment were also carefully considered. A separate walk-in closet with a vanity table was added to the bedroom area, and in the hallway, a large wardrobe was built into a niche, with each compartment well thought out, including a hidden mini-laundry area with a washing machine and dryer.

Special attention was paid to the finishing materials. The floor is made of porcelain stoneware and engineered wood, which adds coziness and comfort. There are also many wooden elements made of veneer. The kitchen countertop and TV stand are made of acrylic stone.

The dining table made of oak veneer was crafted by local carpenters according to our sketches.

The corridor and kitchen are visually separated by a monochrome warm gray color scheme. This was done to emphasize the integrity of the living space and to delineate the functional areas of the kitchen and corridor. The kitchen was made as spacious as possible – with two refrigerators and two freezers, as well as all household appliances hidden from view. An accent piece in the kitchen is the bar console table made of veneer, perfect for breakfasts or socializing while cooking.

The bathroom turned out to be quite laconic. The main finish is large-format porcelain stoneware, with accent elements such as black faucets, decor, and a glass partition. Above the shower cabin, a light window is formed, creating a feeling of natural light – like a skylight

The boy’s room for a 13-year-old follows the same simple tones and colors as the overall concept of the apartment. A large TV, pull-up bar, personal bathroom, and a spacious desk with a computer – isn’t this every boy’s dream?
