CONCEPT

The interior is envisioned as a gentle fusion of two formats — a bakery and a gourmet grocery. Here, fresh pastries meet quality products in an atmosphere of calm and comfort.

At its core is a warm, natural palette: light wood, soothing textures, and accents in the brand’s signature colors. The interior is built on tactility and visual warmth.

The space is rectangular and open. To create a cozier seating arrangement and soften the sense of overt openness, we introduced zoning elements.

The solution is a “floating ribbon” beneath the ceiling with light textile partitions. These movable elements transform the interior and allow for different scenarios — from a morning coffee to leisurely evening gatherings — while subtly zoning the seating area.

The functional bar is designed with a focus on barista ergonomics. Its visual elements echo the identity of the gourmet market, creating a cohesive brand language for Aroma.

In contrast to the cozy, soft atmosphere of the main space, the restroom is deep and almost theatrical, featuring overhead lighting with adjustable color temperature.

The walls are covered in hand-applied metal leaf — a delicate work by a local artist, adding a touch of artisanal craftsmanship.
