Apartments in Sevastopol for a family of four with a sea view.

The modern foundation of this space is very minimalist: clean lines, precise proportions, and a neutral palette.
Yet within this restraint lies a sense of warmth and coziness.

Vintage chairs, art objects, a console by the entrance, and a statement chandelier — each element adds personality and liveliness to the space.

The main design approach is a dialogue between straight and rounded forms.

The straight planes of the walls contrast with the soft lines of the furniture and the rounded openings. This balance creates a calm yet expressive architectural character within the apartment.

The space is designed for the comfortable living of a family of four:
· a spacious entryway with expressive lighting;
· a living room with a kitchen island, a large dining table, and a lounge area;
· a master suite that includes a bedroom, walk-in closet, and bathroom;
· two separate children’s rooms.

There are no random decisions in the interior. Everything is functional and logical, while also evoking a sense of tactility, light, and tranquility.
